Coordinated emergency awareness for communities and agencies

Eagle Eye is a digital platform that helps connect community members with authorized agency coordination during emergencies. It is designed to support faster awareness of what is happening, clearer communication, and more organized follow-up — within the policies and jurisdiction of the operating agency.

What the ecosystem includes

Public-facing information here focuses on community reporting. Other agency tools exist for authorized personnel and are not described on this site.

  • Community reporting (SiKat SK)

A mobile experience for residents to submit reports, receive official updates, and view their own submission status where enabled by the agency.

  • Agency coordination

Authorized personnel use secure internal tools to review reports, coordinate resources, and publish public advisories where configured. Access is not available through this public site.

Designed with responsibility in mind

  • Role-based access helps ensure that sensitive coordination data is only available to authorized accounts.
  • Official announcements and advisories can be published for the public when your agency enables them.
  • Activity may be recorded for accountability and improvement, consistent with your operator’s policies and applicable law.

Emergency reminder. Eagle Eye does not replace emergency telephone services (such as local emergency numbers). For immediate life-threatening emergencies, use the official emergency number in your area or follow instructions from local authorities.
